20-year Goals 1-1-2045
- Strong Thriving body! (100+ member families) participating in small groups.
- Full time Pastor and Part time associate pastor
- Transition plan for raising up the next generation of leaders.
- Operating or funding a Local Christian K-12 School
- Plant or fund 2 new churches total
- Continuous growth of 10+ member families per year
10-year Goals 1-1-2035
- Growing and Thriving church body! (50+ member families) participating in small groups.
- 2 worship teams (month on month off)
- New Full time Pastor
- Develop and train or fund the training of 3 future pastors.
- Operating or funding a Christian pre-school
- 6 elders on leadership team.
- Begin developing a church plant team, choose target location and pastor.
- Begin saving and budgeting for 20-year goals.
5-year Goals 1-1-2030
- Growing and Thriving church body (25+ member families) participating in small groups.
- Associate Pastor/Future pastor in training
- Full worship team with a primary and alternate leader
- Operating or funding home education co-op or education resource center
- 5 elders on leadership team (at least 3 new)
- Begin saving and budgeting for 10-year goals.
1-year Goals 1-1-2025
- Growing and Thriving church body (10+ member families) participating in small groups.
- Add 1 member to worship team and 1 member to sound team each year.
- Grow men’s ministry’s (men’s discipleship ministry, bible study, prayer team, etc.…)
- Clearly and often explain the long-term vision and the steps we are taking to achieve it to the body.
- Develop plans for a repeat of COVID or government-imposed shutdown.
- Monthly newsletter/blog with Regular updates from Good News club, The Zone, and Young Life
- Develop Hospitality Team
- Refresh of Worship Center (Painting, Flooring, Seating, etc.)
- Start transition planning for lead pastor and leadership team.
- Challenge and equip each member to
- Worship, pray and study the Word daily.
- Live on mission for Him! serving others, sharing the gospel, and discipling others on a regular basis.
